Cole McDonald
Quarterback for Tennessee Titans
In his own words…
On the Field
Cole McDonald initially intended on playing football at a junior college for a year until he received a last-minute offer from Hawaii coach Nick Rolovich the night before national signing day. In his career at Hawaii, he threw for over 8,00 yards with 70 touchdowns. McDonald received an invitation to the NFL Scouting Combine and recorded the fastest 40-yard dash among quarterbacks with a time of 4.58 seconds and the highest vertical jump at 36 inches.
Off the Field
A California native, McDonald has built a reputation as someone who is laid back in all areas of his life except for three—football, school, and his Christian faith. He is also known for his work ethic. In between seasons he worked to improve his accuracy by tightening his motion after consulting with quarterback coaches and adhering to his father’s mantra of practice, practice, practice.
